Because our resin lamps are handcrafted and individually prepared, shipping times differ from mass-produced products.

Processing Time

Each resin lamp is handmade and carefully inspected before shipment.

Processing typically takes:

3–7 business days

During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

After processing, most orders arrive within:

7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

• Destination country
• Customs processing
• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Seasonal demand

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is supplied and the order has already been shipped, KaylasResinArt is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, shipping carriers occasionally experience delays outside our control.

Such delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and reach a fair resolution.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

• Include photographs of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
