Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Because our products are handcrafted, we review all refund requests individually and fairly.

30-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within:

30 days of delivery

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Free from customer-caused damage

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be approved for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper use
  • Damage caused by modifications
  • Return requests submitted after 30 days
  • Minor variations resulting from handmade production

Because every resin lamp is handcrafted, small differences in color patterns, resin flow, textures, or appearance are normal and are not considered defects.

Defective Products

If your lamp arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Description of issue
  • Photographs showing the problem

Approved cases may receive:

  • Replacement product
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production or shipment begins.

Once production has started or the order has shipped, cancellation requests may not be approved.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

5–10 business days

for your financial institution to process the refund.

Fair Use

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy.
